We've created the following solution, which should correct the problem. First, make sure your runtime files are properly recognized by windows: 1. Press Start - Run on the task bar and enter the following: regsvr32.exe comctl32.ocx 2. Next, enter: regsvr32.exe oleaut32.dll 3. Restart your computer and run Rescue 911. If that doesn't solve the problem, you'll need to do the following: 1. Enable Windows to "Show All Files." 1-a: Open any folder. 1-b: Find "View" on the menu bar at the top. 1-c: Select "View" - "Folder Options." 1-d: Click on the "View" tab. 1-e: Find and select the "Show all files" option. 2. Go to your C:\Windows\System directory. 3: Rename the file "Asycfilt.dll" to "Asycfilt.dl_" 3-a: Right-click on the file and select "Rename" 3-b: Type in "Asycfilt.dl_" 4: Repeat step 3 for the following files: (Be carefull; not all of these files are "dll") Msvbvm50.dll (rename the "dll" to "dl_") Comcat.dll Comctl32.ocx (rename the "ocx" to "oc_") Olepro32.dll Stdole2.tlb 5: Re-run the Rescue 911 installation program. Be sure you are connected to the internet before running the installation.
